Privacy Policy

Your skin data is personal. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
  • Onboarding profile: details you provide during setup (conditions, suspected triggers, body areas, severity, etc.).
  • Flare journal entries: dates, severity scores, suspected triggers, products used, photos, and notes you log.
  • Saved routines: products you bookmark to your routine.
  • Usage data: anonymized analytics about how you use the app to help us improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To personalize your experience — surfacing relevant products, patterns, and insights based on what you log.
  • To generate pattern analysis and GP-ready reports from your own logged data.
  • To send you account-related emails and (if you opt in) product updates.
  • To improve the app and keep our product database accurate.

3. How We Store Your Data

  • Your data is stored securely on our platform provider's infrastructure and is associated with your account.
  • Your onboarding profile and flare journal are private to your account — only you can see them.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data You Share

  • Eczema Track does not post to social media or share your logs unless you explicitly export and share a report yourself.
  • Photos you upload are stored with your journal entries and are not used for any other purpose.

5. Cookies & Analytics

  • We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and analytics to understand feature usage.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

6. Your Rights

  • You can view, edit, and delete your flare journal entries and routine at any time from within the app.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
  • You can export your logged data through the GP-ready report feature.

7. Children's Privacy

  • Eczema Track is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor's data has been collected, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Medical Disclaimer

  • Eczema Track provides general wellness information and pattern-tracking tools. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment.
