The rules of the road for using Eczema Track. Please read them before you start.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Eczema Track, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
2. What Eczema Track Is
Eczema Track is a wellness app that helps you log flares, surface patterns in your own data, and discover products formulated without common eczema triggers. It is an informational and tracking tool — not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical care.
3. No Medical Advice
Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pattern analysis and trigger suggestions are based on your own logged data and general wellness information. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, changing treatments, or eliminating foods.
4. Your Account & Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log and for keeping your account credentials secure. Your onboarding profile, flare journal, and saved routines are private to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, upload content that is unlawful or harmful, attempt to access others' data, or interfere with the app's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Product Disclosure
Product links are provided for convenience. We do not currently earn commissions from product links. We do not guarantee that any product will be safe for every individual — always check ingredient lists and patch-test new products.
7. Subscriptions
Eczema Track offers a free tier and an optional paid tier (Eczema Track Plus) with additional personalization and tracking tools. Subscription terms and pricing are shown on the pricing page. The free tier remains usable during flares — we do not paywall urgent features.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, and its product database are owned by Eczema Track. User-submitted content (journal entries, photos) remains yours.
9. Limitation of Liability
Eczema Track is provided 'as is.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on information in the app, including product selection or pattern analysis. Use your judgement and consult a professional.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date below.
11. Termination
You can delete your account and data at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are violated.
